Estimated Delivery Time at Henry's Boots

Once you place an order, I’ll need 1-2 business days to process it. Typically, I process orders within one business day, but if you order on a Friday night or over the weekend, it might take a little longer.

After processing, your order is shipped, and delivery generally takes 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location. I aim to make the ordering and delivery process as smooth as possible. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to my customer service team.


Placing an Order

I’ve made the ordering process at Henry's Boots as simple as possible. Here’s how it works:

  3. Enter Your Details: On the checkout page, fill in your address details accurately. Double-check that everything is correct, then click “Continue to Shipping.”

  4. Verify Shipping: Confirm your address details. For orders over €70, I offer free shipping as a thank-you for your support.

  5. Choose Payment Method: I accept the following secure, SSL-encrypted payment options:

    • Credit Cards (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)
  6. Complete Your Order: Click “Complete Order” to finalize your purchase. You’ll be redirected to your chosen payment method to complete the payment.
