How long does shipping take?
Each pair of boots is crafted with precision and care. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing. Once your boots are ready, they’ll be shipped right to your doorstep, with delivery typically taking 4-7 business days, depending on your location.

Is shipping free?
Absolutely! I’m pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia. It’s my way of saying thank you for choosing Henry's Boots and supporting a small business.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your boots are on their way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your order’s journey from my workshop to your home.

What is your return policy?
Your happiness is my priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your boots within 30 days of receipt, as long as they’re unused and in their original packaging.
