Returning
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, you can return your order if you’re not fully satisfied. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. However, there are some important conditions:
- The order must still include all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as when you received it.
- Handling must be limited to normal use, with no breakage due to careless handling.
- Items where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
- If the product arrived defective, let me know right away. In this case, shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
I’ll process your return within 7 working days once I receive the product, and if it meets the conditions, I’ll confirm the return within this period.
Please note: I reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of use or damage that wasn’t my responsibility.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions above, here’s how to start the return process:
- Send an email to support@henry-boots.com.
- Be sure to include the following details in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- A photo if the item is broken
- Your first and last name
- Your address
Once I receive this information, I’ll give you the return address. Please don’t send the item back to the original sender; I’ll provide the correct address after you contact me. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal if you’re purchasing for personal, non-commercial purposes:
Conditions of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or someone designated by you other than a carrier, received the goods.
Because my system is fully automated, orders are processed as soon as they’re placed. Unfortunately, I can’t interrupt the shipping process until the item has been delivered, so refunds before receipt of goods aren’t possible.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email me at support@henry-boots.com to let me know. The cancellation is final once I’ve received the goods. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipments in Transit
Since my goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times that are outside my control. If your order is already in transit, please wait until you’ve received it before initiating a return. You’re welcome to inform me of your cancellation in advance.
For a quicker return, please send me a shipping confirmation once you’ve shipped the goods back.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel your order, I’ll refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (and additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving both your cancellation notice and the goods. I’ll use the same payment method for the refund unless otherwise agreed.
Please note: I don’t accept refunds for bulk orders, and all returns will need to be shipped to my central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
